- General Procurement Notice for Acquisition of Chemical Inputs (fertilizers, Phytosanitary Products, Laboratory Chemicals). The Senegalese Agricultural Research Institute (ISRA) has obtained funding in the amount of TWO MILLION US dollars in the form of a loan agreement from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Regional Mapping Program of the West Africa Soil Fertility Fund (RSFMP) and intends to use part of this funding to make payments for the procurement of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required in the framework of this project. Procurements financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under Projects Financed by the said Bank (current edition) and are open to all eligible bidders, as defined in these Guidelines. Procurement of consulting services will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (current edition). Specific procurement notices for acquisitions to be carried out by National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and calls for expressions of interest for consultancy services will be published as they become available, on the website IsDB internet, the ISRA website and on the Journal Le Quotidien.
